REIMBURSEMENT FOR COSTS RELATED TO LAND ACQUISITION IS ONLY ELIGIBLE WITH PRIOR APPROVAL FROM AERO.  PLEASE NOTE:  TITLE INSURANCE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT (see   AIP handbook - 5100-38C, page 127 ).

The amount of reimbursement for property previously purchased or donated to the airport will be based on the appraised value at the time the property was purchased or donated (historical appraisal).  See the   AIP handbook, chapter 7, section 3  for more information.

**An updated  Exhibit A property map  must be included with the reimbursement request identifying the parcels the airport has acquired.
