Copies of the Michigan Airport Directory and State Aeronautical Chart may be purchased from participating aviation flight schools and fixed-base operators or ordered direct from the Bureau of Aeronautics and Freight Services by completing and printing the following form and sending it along with a check or money order to the address below.
