Not all consumer complaints/inquires are handled by the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, however. By law, many other state and federal agencies and departments are involved in assisting consumers. To be sure that your complaint/inquiry is made to the appropriate agency, consult our Consumer Complaint Directory using Step 1 below. If your complaint/inquiry should be handled by the Attorney General's office, please proceed to Step 2.
