Where can I file a complaint against a collection agency?
 
Answer:

Complaints against banks can be directed to the Office of Financial and Insurance Services at 1-877-999-6442.

If you have a complaint against a collection agency, please file a complaint online with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection division.  You can also reach the Consumer Protection division by phone at 1-877-765-8388 or 1-517-373-1140.
