Where do I complain about Auto Repairs?
 
Answer:

In most cases, if you have a complaint about auto repairs, you should contact the Secretary of State, Bureau of Regulatory Services at 1-888-767-6424.  For more information on what you should do if you have a complaint regarding auto repair, please visit the Secretary of State’s Web site at www.michigan.gov/sos.
