| Dear C.D., The last posting to the Director's column was December 23 of 2008. The column you directed your comment to was published in November of 2008, so I'm not sure I'm understanding you. | I'm glad that they are finding new ways to communicate with the public about important situations such as recalls. Through alert texts and e-mails is awesome. |
