• June letter sent to subsidy payees.
• Call one of the 3 phone #s in the letter if you have payment issues.
• Signing up for direct deposit (EFT) of your subsidy payment must be completed on this website.  You cannot sign up for EFT by phone.

New Direct Deposit (EFT) form available

• Form can be used instead of the online pre-filled form.
• Bank account information must still be entered on this website.
• Fill in blank form, sign, and submit form to OFM.
• Financial institution's signature not required on this form but is required if the pre-filled form is used.

State employees can use this site to get Direct Deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer) for travel expense reimbursement.
