What is the School Aid Fund? What is the overall size of the School Aid Fund?
 
Answer:

Article IX, Section 11 of the Michigan Constitution of 1963 establishes the State School Aid Fund, which shall be used exclusively for aid to school districts, higher education, and school employee's retirement systems. The size of the School Aid Fund in fiscal year 2007 is $13.1 billion.
