$1.00 Sales Tax License Fee Eliminated

The House recently passed legislation that eliminates the $1.00 fee to obtain a Michigan Sales tax license.  Effective immediately, there is no charge to register for Sales Tax.  There is also no fee to register for Use, Withholding, Unemployment and Single Business Taxes.
