ALL Construction project bid solicitations from the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget, Facilities and Business Services Administration, Design and Construction Division are available for viewing at the following link:

Bidder Access to Bid4Michigan:  Contractors and suppliers may access Bid4Michigan by registering for either a free membership allowing search of all solicitations, or a paid membership which provides automatic notifications of projects matching their NIGP codes for a modest fee.  Instructions on registration are found at www.Bid4Michigan.com .

Information Subject to Change:  Advertisement information, which may include addenda, planholders list, walk-through sign in sheets, etc., is subject to change. Please review the specific project advertisement at least 24 hours before walk through or bid date for any changes. 

Pre-bid Walk Through: Due to the nature of maintenance, repair, and construction projects, the walk through site may not be fully accessible.  People with disabilities requiring special accommodations in order to participate in these meetings should contact this office at 517-241-2822 five business days prior to the date of the meeting.

Allow Time to Deliver Bids:  Please note that building security has been significantly increased.  Please make sure you have picture ID and allow extra time when hand delivering your bid in order to meet the 2:00 p.m. deadline. 

CERTIFICATE OF AWARDABILITY:  The Contractor must not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, marital status, height, weight, arrest record or disability.  Prior to the award of any Contract of $100,000.00 or more, the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) Contract Compliance Representative will notify the Michigan Department of Civil Rights (DCR) Contract Compliance Representative, providing a bid tabulation and providing a description of the recommended awardee(s) including business(es)' name, business(es)' designated contact person, last four digits of company(ies)' tax identification number, business(es)' address, and business(es)' contact person telephone number.  In the event a contractor doesn't possess a valid Certificate of Awardability and is the most qualified low bidder, the contractor must immediately submit, upon notification by DTMB, their application to DCR.  DO NOT SUBMIT APPLICATION TO DCR UNLESS YOU ARE THE LOW BIDDER.

The time required by DCR to process and render a decision on such application is nine (9) calendar days from the date of transmission of bid tab information by DTMB to DCR. Communications concerning Certificates of Awardability should be directed to:
