Re:START is a pre-qualification program that has been created to provide fast turn-around bids for various hourly IT services. Re:START bid opportunities are only available to those vendors who have pre-qualified by following the registration process steps described below. Access current bid opportunities at Bid4Michigan.com. Enrollment for Re:START is currently open, with no end date.

The sample Re:START Invitation to bid includes terms and conditions as well as staff category descriptions for the Re:START Program. This is provided for information only and to view the terms and conditions. Vendors should not respond to this sample ITB.
Re:START Registration Process
Step 1: Complete the Registration, Request for Information, and Certifications and Representations forms.

Step 3: Vendors will receive an e-mail confirmation from the State notifying them of successful enrollment in the Re:START Program. (Please note: Vendors are not enrolled in the Re:START program until they receive confirmation from the state.)
