How can I modify my price after I submit my bid?
 
Answer:
The bidder may modify his/her bid by fax at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. This modified fax communication shall be on company letterhead, signed by the person who signed the bid, and shall not reveal the base bid sum but shall provide the amounts to add or subtract so that the final base bid sum will not be known by the owner until the sealed bid is opened.
