Since December 1, 2009, all State of Michigan design and construction contract solicitations have been advertised on www.Bid4Michigan.com, and many K-12 school construction solicitations can now be found there as well. 

Contractors and Suppliers:  Register for either a free (search) membership or paid membership, which provides automatic notifications of projects matching their NIGP codes for a modest fee.

School Requirement:  Since February 1, 2011, if schools would like their soliciations on Bid4Michigan, schools will post their advertisements directly to that website.  To access Bid4Michigan, schools will need to complete and submit account profile and agency contact forms to become purchasing agents.  The forms are linked here and for your convenience we have filled in the Bid4Michigan system programmed settings and highlighted those fields.  Many schools have already completed this process to accomplish their other purchasing functions.
