 Crawford County - Bureau of Juvenile Justice - Shawano Center, 10 North Howes Lake Road, Grayling, Michigan a 40 bed detention/juvenile treatment center for delinquent State wards.

Dental services- needed onsite, for approximately 16 hours monthly. Must possess current State of Michigan dental license to provide prevention focused dental services including cleaning, examinations,x-rays, extractions and restorative work using guidelines of the American Dental Association, prescribe medication as necessay, establish and maintain accurate charts and records on patients. Provide emergency dental services as needed.

Unit Rate Contract; One unit equals one hour (60 minutes) of dental services provided according to functions, activities specified and allowed by license.

 Crawford County - Bureau of Juvenile Justice - Shawano Center, 10 North Howes Lake Road, Grayling, Michigan 49738, a 40 bed detention/treatment center for delinquent State wards.

School Psychologist needed to provide special diagnostic testing in determining students eligibility for special education services. Diagnostic evaluation will be conducted by a certified school psychologist and include: review of relevant background information, intelligence testing, motor skill development assessment, academic strengths and weaknesses, written expression, behavior evaluation, summary and recommendation, and attendance at initial IEPC conferences as required for eligible students,and typing of reports. Approx. 20 assessment are compled per year.

Unit Rate Contract: One (1) unit equals one educational assessment.
