As required by PA 232 of 2004, the state has made the Bid4Michigan website available to K-12 schools to post construction bid advertisements themselves, as purchasing agents.  To access the Bid4Michigan website the schools will need to complete and submit account profile and agency contact forms to become purchasing agents.  The forms are linked here and for convenience we have filled in the Bid4Michigan system programmed settings and highlighted those fields.  Many schools have already completed this process to accomplish their other purchasing functions. 

Bidder requirement: Contractors and suppliers may access Bid4Michigan by registering for either a free membership, allowing search of all solicitations, or a paid membership which provides automatic notifications of projects matching their NIGP codes for a modest fee.
