Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Compliance

In the event of a successful bid, a contract cannot be awarded until a vendor is EFT compliant per Public Act 533 of 2004.  Since this process can take roughly two weeks, you are encouraged to begin the process now.

Not Yet Registered As a Vendor
If you are not yet registered as a vendor, go to http://www.cpexpress.state.mi.usand link to the section on Registration, and follow the prompts as a New User.

Already Registered as a Vendor
If you have already registered, but are not yet EFT compliant, please go to http://www.cpexpress.state.mi.usand link to the section on Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), enter your vendor number and password, and follow the instructions for EFT registration.  For assistance in completing the registration or obtaining forms, contact State of Michigan, Office of Financial Management for assistance.
