2003-1 Reduce Threshold for Contract Approval  On March 25, 2003, the threshold listed in the Ad Guide Procedure 0620.02 for contracts/grants was reduced from $250,000 to $25,000, and the threshold for contract/grant amendments was reduced from $125,000 to $25,000.
