Recommends approval of: awards of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) contracts and agreements; Department of Natural Resources (DNR) oil, gas, and mineral leases; and conveyance of submerged lands (DEQ).

The Committee meets for regular meetings on the Wednesday before the State Administrative Board meeting in the Michigan Library and Historical Center, 702 W. Kalamazoo Street, Lansing, Michigan, at 3:30 p.m. The current calendar shows the assigned meeting rooms.  The agenda is prepared by the Michigan Department of Transportation, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
