Recommends approval of: awards of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) contracts and agreements; Department of Natural Resources (DNR) oil, gas, and mineral leases; and conveyance of submerged lands (DEQ).

The Committee meets for regular meetings on the Wednesday before the State Administrative Board meeting in the Michigan Library and Historical Center, 702 W.
