About the Vendor Gateway 

The Vendor Gateway Program allows businesses to share innovative and/or cost saving products and services with the State. Vendors submit their information, explaining the innovative or cost saving aspects of their product or service. Businesses with new and innovative products or services may be asked to make a formal presentation to executive staff and leadership teams. Not all submissions will be selected. 

Who should participate? 

Vendors who want to do business with the State of Michigan and have new and innovative, or cost saving products and services.

Does the process replace the Request for Proposal or prequalification process? 

No! Vendor Gateway does not change or replace the current RFP process. The State follows a competitive bid process and posts most bids on www.Bid4Michigan.com  

Does the process review staff augmentation solutions? 

No.
