Michigan Department of Transportation has authority to make all highway and bridge construction related purchases.
Michigan State Industries (MSI) has delegated athority to make purchases up to $1,000,000.
Michigan Deparments of Human Services (DHS) has authority to make all purchases related to direct human services.
