Advertising of Solicitations

The department reserves the right to advertise the invitations for bids and requests for proposals in any manner the department determines appropriate,to give the greatest number of individuals and businesses the opportunity to make bids or requests for proposals. This may include, but is not limited to, notifying selected bidders that a solicitation is posted.
