Job Description

 

Assists physicians or nurses in performing invasive heart operations such as cardiac catheterizations by positioning and preparing the patient, and taking a series of blood samples to advise the doctor of continuing patient status.

 

Minimum Education

 

Associate Degree, certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) by the CCI preferred
