Does Standard & Poors produce an annual report on public education in Michigan?
 
Answer:

Yes.  In December 2001, Standard & Poors introduced the first annual report on Michigan's K-12 public education system to the SES Web site. Called Statewide Insights, the report examines the relationship between achievement and funding as well as other factors that have an impact on on school systems statewide.
