Parents, administrators, board of education members, teachers, researchers, taxpayers, lawmakers and policy makers can use the SES Observations and Statewide Insights report to compare the performance of their local school district with those of peer districts.  Some local education officials are using the reports to make management and policy decisions about their school districts.
