School Personnel Data and Reports
CEPI collects personnel data from school districts via the Registry of
Educational Personnel (REP) two times during the school year. On this page, you
will find links to various data and reports pertaining to administrators,
teachers, and paraprofessionals. Data includes staff counts by FTE, educational
level, and other demographics.
Important Download Note: When you download a .dbf file (database file) to your
computer, do not immediately open it. Instead, open Excel (or the
spreadsheet/database software you use) and then open the downloaded file from
within the software.
