The School Code Master application is accessible on a year-round basis, and information can be submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Single Record Student Database is accessible year-round and is available for Student Search/Create a New UIC, FTE Audit Reports, and Non-SRSD Upload 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, regular SRSD submissions can only be submitted during official collection periods. See School Year 2006-2007 Collection and Submission Dates for the current calendar.
The Registry of Educational Personnel, School Infrastructure Database, and Financial Information Database are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week to access reports and review data. However, the submission of data is restricted to certain posted timelines (see document link above).
Note: There may be short periods when an application will not be available due to necessary maintenance. Whenever possible, a message will be posted on the application itself.
Availability of Customer Support
The customer support team provides full coverage from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state employee holidays. In 2007, those holidays occur on:
