The Title I Supplemental Educational Services (SES) Application allows the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) to evaluate the contribution of SES to student achievement in Title I schools which have failed to make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for at least three consecutive years. Please provide your name, telephone number (including area code and extension), district code, and district name (if applicable) along with your message.
