Title I SES Overview

The Title I Supplemental Educational Services (SES) Application has been developed to allow the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) to evaluate the contribution of SES to student achievement in Title I schools whose phase of improvement is phase 2 or higher because they have failed to make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for at least three consecutive years. Data for the 2006-2007 school year will be extracted on August 3, 2007.

Fax the completed and signed form to CEPI at (517) 335-0488, as indicated on the forms. Please note: These forms require the signature of a district/ISD superintendent or a public school academy chief administrator.
