Student Data and Reports

Welcome
CEPI collects student data from school districts via the Single Record Student Database (SRSD) three times during the school year. On this page, you will find links to various data and reports about students including headcount, FTE, expulsions, graduation and dropout rates.

Important Download Note: When you download a .dbf file (database file) to your computer, do not immediately open it. Instead, open Excel (or the spreadsheet/database software you use) and then open the downloaded file from within the software.
