Graduation and Dropout Application
The Graduation and Dropout (GAD) application provides district users the ability to review their graduation and dropout rate reports prior to rate publication in January 2013. The application is also used by intermediate school district auditors for exit status audits.

The Center for Educational Performance and Information will be providing preliminary graduation and dropout rates via the GAD in August 2012 to aid districts during the Graduation Rate Appeals Window and again in early October 2012 to aid districts during the exit status audit window.

The Graduation Rate Appeals Window occurs in the Michigan Student Data System (MSDS). This appeal window is the final opportunity for district users to review and correct the data used to calculate their graduation rate in advance of rate publications. Please visit the MSDS/Graduation and Dropout Review Web page for the most up-to-date information on the Graduation Rate Appeals Window.
