LANSING, July 3, 2008 - An anonymous person won
Big Money Bingo on June 11th at Sheldon's Shamrock Hall in Livonia.
The winner, who won $19,859, is a child care
provider from Detroit. The lucky person plays bingo 3 to 4 nights a week, and
could not believe that the 46th ball called filled the card that was being
played. House repairs are on the top of the list for our newest Big Money Bingo
winner. Congratulations!

In 2007, $73 million raised through charitable
gaming activities was contributed to support community projects and programs
such as, schools, libraries, scholarships, school athletic programs, fire
departments, youth camps, crisis centers, disabled citizens, medical research,
senior citizen programs, soup kitchens, and many more. Without the funding
derived from charitable gaming, many of these invaluable community projects
would not exist.
