Step One: Click on the "Data Request" option beneath the heading most approriate for the table desired.
Step Two: The next page provides the options for creating a table. Under "1. Organize table layout," select which group results are desired from the drop-down menus.
Step Three: Scroll down to "2. Select location." A list of states is available. Select Michigan from the list.
For county information: Once Michigan is selected, click the button directly below the list of states that reads, "Open." This will provide a list of counties. Then select the county desired. (Holding the Control key while clicking will select more than one county; however, their totals will be added together. If separate tabulations are desired, separate tables will need to be generated.)
Step Four: Scroll down to "3. Select demographics and years." Specify the demographics and years desired. (Holding the Control key while clicking will select more than one option. If multiple years, races or ethnicities are selected, their totals will be added together. If separate tabulations are desired, separate tables will need to be generated. If multiple ages or genders are selected, they will NOT be added together.)
Step Five: Along the blue line that includes "3. Select demographis and years" lies a button that reads, "Send." Click on it. The table will then appear.
