Seasonal Migration 

The Importance of Seasonal Population Movements in the American Community Survey 
This paper analyzes coverage rates from the American Community Survey to find evidence of seasonal population movements that can potentially be used to improve population estimates.  It suggests ways to produce seasonal population information from data already collected by the ACS, as well as a way to count seasonal migrants better in the decennial census.
