The state's electrical apprentice registration form can only be used by persons who are eligible to be registered by the state of Michigan. The state of Michigan issues electrical apprentice registrations to residents in most communities in the state of Michigan. However, if you reside in the following communities where electrical apprentice registrations are issued locally, you should not use this form nor should you submit it to the state of Michigan: City of Grand Rapids/Kent County, City of Detroit/Wayne County, and City of Highland Park/Wayne County.
