Re-Registration

Registrants who miss the late renewal period and allow their registration to lapse, may apply for reregistration.

Requirements for registrants lapsed from 61 days to 3 years include the filing of the appropriate application and fees, and that the applicant be of good moral character.

Requirements for a registrant whose license has been lapsed for more than 3 years include that the applicant be of good moral character, and that they meet current registration requirements.

Applications for reregistration may be requested by e-mail, telephone, or in writing.
