Please take the time to make sure that you are prepared when paper earnings statements come to an end. Your last paper statement will be for the March 20, 2008 pay date. Starting April 3, 2008, you will have to access your earnings statement online.

For employees without computer access, a kiosk will be set up at your worksite. A human resources representative will help identify kiosk access and answer employee concerns. You must have a User-Name AND Password.  If you need a password, or are not sure about either, visit the MI HR Gateway www.mi.gov/selfservfor help, or call the MI HR Service Center, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays at 877-766-6447 (toll free).

Practice logging in before earning statements stop being mailed to you. Visit MI HR Gateway at www.mi.gov/selfservand click the Earning Statement icon.  Log in and look around.  Make sure you can log out completely.

Remember, Corrections joins the rest of the State of Michigan by going to paperless earnings statements on the web starting April 3, 2008. The convenience, cost savings, and ease of access make this transition important for all of us.
