Built in 1981 and located in the Pontiac State Recreation Area in northern Oakland County, Camp White Lake is under the administrative control of the Robert Scott Correctional Facility. Camp White Lake has a staff of 38 and a capacity of 160 prisoners. Housing female offenders, this facility offers education, Public Works and programming designed to assist the prisoner's re-entry into society.
