A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Howard Nash, #158258

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 23, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Howard Nash, #158258.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Howard Nash is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree.  He was sentenced on August 6, 1979 from Kalamazoo County.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
