A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Tracy Lynn Snay, #522322.

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Tracy Lynn Snay, #522322. It will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.

Tracy Lynn Snay was sentenced to a term of 1y6m-40y for the crime of Delivery of Less than 50 Grams Heroin, 2nd or Subsequent Offense Notice; 3rd Felony. She was sentenced on April 28, 2011 out of Jackson County.

Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244.
