Printer Friendly    Text Version  Email Page Zero To Three-Building Stronger Families Michigan's Zero to Three Secondary Prevention Initiative is a statewide, evidence-based, community collaborative child abuse & neglect prevention initiative charged with integrating a comprehensive system of services for Michigan's expectant families and those with children age birth through age three who have been identified to be at risk.
