Project: The Parent Education Program will expand parent education programs and support group programs into Calhoun County. Prevention community resources and educational opportunities will be expanded to include Calhoun parents who have children 0-18 years of age with a disability or special needs. The program will target African-Americans for 25 percent of parent participation.
