Project: This project promotes agency collaboration in providing parent education to maximize resources for "at-risk" families in the rural counties of Manistee and Crawford. The addition of the Parents as Teachers Nutrition and Fitness curriculum will help families develop their parenting skills in the area of nutrition and fitness as well the current developmental and parenting information. Support group time will be spent in physical activity such as a walking club or nutritional modules that provide ideas for healthy snacks.
