Project: The Children's Group Respite Care Program provides group respite services to children with severe emotional disturbances and their families. The project seeks to expand the number of at-risk children served by group respite services and to increase parent participation in local parenting classes, along with reducing the number of out-of-home placements.

Project: The Infant Mental Health Program at Gratiot County Community Health Sserves at-risk mothers, fathers and infants with intensive, home-based services. The program offers case management, maternal infant psychotherapy, parent education and advocacy. The Infant Mental Health Model is used to promote attachment, improve parent-child relationships, and teach about developmental guidelines.
