Project: The 0-5 Secondary Prevention Program will provide an in-home parent education program and service coordination for pregnant mothers and parents with children birth through age five. All families involved in the program will reside in Macomb County. The program will consist of a minimum of 12 home visits using he Nurturing Skills curriculum, one of the many evidence based Nurturing Parenting programs
