HAZARDOUS WASTE DELISTING PETITION -- DRAFT DECISION:

On June 7, 2007, the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) public noticed a proposed approval for delisting landfill leachate from the WDI Arkona Road Landfill.  Public comment on the proposed approval is requested until July 7, 2007.  The following documents provide additional information on the delisting petition.
