On March 18, 2009, the DEQ, Resource Management Division, issued a Part 111, Hazardous Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended, renewal operating license to The Dow Chemical Company to continue operation of its hazardous waste landfill disposal facility located at 2314 West Salzburg Road in Midland, Michigan.
