The MDEQ proposes to conditionally approve the proposed corrective actions.  A public hearing is not currently scheduled, but may be requested in writing, stating the reasons why a public hearing is needed.   The public comment period on the proposed RAP will begin on January 30, 2009, and end on February 28, 2009.  The administrative record for the proposed RAP is on file at the MDEQ, Waste and Hazardous Materials Division Office, located at 525 West Allegan Street, Constitution Hall, Atrium North, in Lansing, Michigan 48933 (contact Mr. Daniel P. Dailey at 517-335-6610). Copies of the proposed RAP are also available for review at the Flint Public Library, 1 026 E.
