Credit Card and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Payments

Credit Card and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) payments for application fees are now being accepted by the Water Resources Division (WRD) District offices and the WRD Lansing office.  To mail in payments, use the appropriate form below and mail to the office reviewing your application.  Due to security reasons, facsimile or emailed payment forms can not be accepted at this time.

Payments by check or money order should be made out to the "State of Michigan" and mailed to:
