Tier Two Emergency & Hazardous Chemical Inventory Report - Section 312: Annual Report of Hazardous Chemicals

Contact:  Michigan SARA Title III Program (517) 373-8481

IMPORTANT NOTICE  February 1, 2008

RE: TIER II MANAGER (T2M) Online Reporting

If you "register" and your facility is already in the online database, we will not approve your registration.

"Sign In" if you have historically submitted Section 312 Tier Two, Section 311, or Section 302 reports to the Michigan SARA Title III Program. All reports submitted for report years 2000 through 2005 have been loaded into the online database. All of these facilities were "pre-registered" and usernames and passwords were assigned providing access to T2M and site specific historical data.  The company representative must "Sign In" with the "pre-registered" username and password found in the April 2007 letter to access the facility data.     Do Not Register!

If you cannot locate your username or password please contact us at your earliest convenience via email deq-ead-sara@michigan.gov  or by phone at 517-373-8481.

"Register" if all facilities for which you are reporting have never before had a Tier II Report submitted.

Consultants should register to get their own username.  If your company wants to use a consultant, you need to send an email to deq-ead-sara@michigan.gov telling us that the consultant has permission to access your data. We will then move your facility records over to the consultant's username where the facility records will stay until you tell us otherwise.  A facility can only exist under ONE username at a time.

Emails will get a faster response if the Subject line states the general request, e.g. "Consultant needs access" or "Username needed," you include the name and address of the facility of concern so that we can find it in the database, and you include your phone number.
