Information in regards to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) for the State Revolving Fund (SRF) and the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) are included in the following links.

Frequently Asked Questions about Ongoing Requirements Under ARRA  

The ARRA requires that all SRF/DWRF loan recipients obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (D-U-N-S) number from Dun & Bradstreet.

Davis-Bacon/Labor Standards Provisions

All SRF/DWRF loan projects using ARRA funding must have signage at the construction site(s) bearing the federal ARRA logo.  The signage must include the Michigan ARRA logo as well.  These logos can be found at:  

Recipients of SRF and DWRF loans supported by ARRA funds, and their contractors/service providers, are strongly encouraged to post any job opportunities created in connection with ARRA assistance in the Michigan Talent Bank.
