The ARRA requires that all SRF/DWRF loan recipients obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (D-U-N-S) number from Dun & Bradstreet.  The ARRA also requires registration through the United States Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR).

All SRF/DWRF loan projects using ARRA funding must have signage at the construction site(s) bearing the federal ARRA logo.  The signage must include the Michigan ARRA logo as well.  These logos can be found at:

• United States ARRA Logo  Please right click on the image to save the file, or you can go to the www.Recovery.gov to download higher resolution logos.  T he White House has published General Guidelines for Emblem and Logo Applications, Version 1.0 .  Please refer to these guidelines whenever you are using the federal Recovery logo.
• Michigan ARRA Logo  Please right click on the image to save the file.  Communities will need to read and post the terms of use with the logo at your construction sites.  Michigan Economic Recovery Office Logo Terms of Use.

Recipients of SRF and DWRF loans supported by ARRA funds, and their contractors/service providers, are strongly encouraged to post any job opportunities created in connection with ARRA assistance in the Michigan Talent Bank at www.michworks.org/mtb.
