The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), and the Michigan Department of Agriculture (MDA), will celebrate Earth Day 2012 on Thursday, April 19th at Constitution Hall in Lansing, Michigan. School groups and children of the staff of DEQ DNR, MDA, and the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) are invited to celebrate with us. Poster contest winners will be announced and attendees will be able to visit displays and participate in natural resources and environmental activities.

With last year's entries reaching over 2,100, it is no wonder this contest has been such a success. Students are invited to submit original Earth Day themed drawings.
